Rigoletto [G]

Composed in 1851, Rigoletto tells the story of a deformed court jester and his innocent daughter in the court of the licentious Duke of Mantua.

 

Rigoletto’s mockery of the courtiers leads to a curse being placed on him all set against a backdrop of Verdi's powerful and emotional music. Featuring a stellar international and local cast under the direction of Jeong Ae Ree and music direction of Chan Wei Shing.

Duration: Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes (with 15 minutes intermission)
