We always have loads of children asking why Kusama’s works are full of dots. So in this Art Tour we will be providing an interactive and informative tour, conducted in English and Mandarin for children to learn and explore Yayoi Kusama’s art. The tour will also include headset and tour books.

Tour + 2days workshop

During the workshop, they will be making either Kusama’s iconic pumpkin where children explore glazing techniques and create Kusama's well known patterns or a scarf where children will paint and dye the fabric in Kusama's iconic patterns and colours.

$1200 for Art Loop student,

Art Tour@Palace Museum + Chinese Vase Workshop

Art appreciation is always important, but how to appreciate is even more important. In this Bilingual Art Tour conducted in English and Mandarin we would introduce Chinese artistic form and create an understanding of lives and cultures of past emperors, Putting the knowledge they learned during the tour, the children will then create a blue and white papier-maché vase used the style of Yuan, Ming Qing dynasties.

2 days Chinese Vase Workshop

Referring to the reference images in this workshop. the children will discuss the inspiration of these shapes before deciding on their own vase shape. Afterwards they will plan out their decoration using the traditional Chinese motifs and symbols of the time to create an auspicious design.
