Bumps to Buddies Birth Rehearsal 'Tool Box for Birth' workshop taught by Internationally Qualified instructor Liz Purnell-Webb.

Why do a Birth Rehearsal? If you want to know as a couple what to expect of normal labour, and how to engage with it, then this is probably the most practical workshop that you can take. Birthing is an intimate time, learn how to make your birth and enviroment safe and supportive for a great birthing experience.

Partners will learn how to help the birthing mum both physically and emotionally. They will learn how to use acupressure and reflexology to encourage the birth process, how to keep mum feeling safe and undisturbed while she while she access her primitive birthing instincts. When things don't go according to your plan, you will learn how to ask the questions to help you make decisions.

Walk away with access to a resource folder, with many great movies and downloads to help continue your preparation for your big day when you welcome your little one into the world. Knowledge of the birth process - and your medical options - is a prerequisite for attendance at this workshop.
