Charity Food Drive
Feeding Hong Kong is a food bank who’s mission is to fight hunger and reduce the amount of quality food going to the landfills in Hong Kong. They do this by collecting surplus stock from food companies, sort and store it, then redistribute it to charities who feed those in need.
In July, FHK will be collecting items under the theme of “Family Reunion” because summer holidays are the perfect time to have special family meals together. Donate unused and unopened food products to Baumhaus Wan Chai and Baumhaus Harbour City and receive a voucher valid for any Café Sausalito location.
They're collecting:
• cooking oil
• rice
• noodles
• UHT milk
Food Safety First! They are not able to collect: Rusty or unlabelled cans, perishable items, open or used items or expired items
