Junior Cooking Summer Camp by chef Yuki
We offer a hands-on and fun experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, encouraging their creativity. Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the delicious recipes from scratch, learn the essential skills, food science, kitchen safety and hygiene.
- Day 1. Homemade pasta in fresh pesto sauce/chocolate fudge brownie
- Day 2. Make your own Sushi roll/Tamagoyaki(Japanese egg roll)/Miso soup
- Day 3. Fluffy omuruce(ketchup rice wrapped in egg) , salads with sesame dressing and blueberry muffins
- Day 4. Fruits soft mochi making
- Day 5. flower piping cupcake decoration
The menu is subject to change depends on the availability(main menu won’t change)
*the cupcake decoration class. The box will be provided and the juniors will take home 4 lovely delicious cupcakes they decorated home.
