The Ma Wan Easter Egg Hunt started as a small gathering of families who came together to celebrate the true meaning of Easter in 2011.
Parents buried Easter Eggs and candies in the sand for the children to hunt and dig up – of course, the children had great fun!
From this small beginning, this Easter Egg Hunt has grown continually to become what is now a significant event that welcomes thousands of happy hunters from Ma Wan and all over Hong Kong.
