Your Little Ones Experience a Planting Workshop | Discover Highgate's Garden, Outdoor Playground & the School's Unique Puppet Show
EVENT OVERVIEW
Join us this summer at our CATCH Pamper & Playdate at Highgate House School at The Peak. This means that you, Mama, enjoy a relaxing and healing one-on-one yoga therapy session with Inspire Yoga (15 min). Our experienced yoga instructor Neelam will guide you through breathing techniques, postural alignment, targeted stretching to help relieve your aching muscles, and assist you in bringing awareness to your movements, and much more. Through personal understanding of each client, Inspire Yoga helps busy professionals and full-time parents create a better balance in their lives.
Better yet, your little one(s) join Highgate’s planting workshop! Each child will be able to take home a small pot of their little seedlings. And there’s more! Highgate will open up their beautiful rooftop garden surrounded by plants everywhere; the garden has two gorgeous little bunnies, a fun sandpit, slides and plenty more for your children to explore and discover. And finally, we’ll round off the afternoon with a special Highgate puppet show, so your child is perfectly ready for bath and bed for when you get home. Ahh bliss.

- 3:00 - 3:30PM - Sign in & enjoy space
- 3:15 - 5:00PM - Wellness for Mums begin (sign in upon arrival)
- 3:30 - 4:45PM - Planting workshop
- 5:00 - 5:15PM - Puppet show (all adults and kids)
- 5:30PM - Event ends
