The Grasshopper And The Ants
Winter is coming and the ants are getting ready to face the cold weather, storing food and preparing their nest. They have no time to play, not like the grasshopper knocking at their door. He only wants to have fun. The ants try to tell him that without food in his house, he will go hungry when winter comes but… will the grasshopper listen?
Come and join us for this rendition of the classic tale “The Grasshopper and the Ants” and learn more about the fantastic job that ants are doing to take care of each other.
Activities include: Ab-libbing, speech drills, music & movement, snippets, prop/costume making, and a special performance on the last day for parents.
Note:
- Parents are invited to come in 15 minutes before the end of the last session to watch the children’s presentation.
- There will be a 15 minutes snack break in each session. Children need to bring their own snack and a water bottle.
