Perhaps because the marionettes also hail from the city where The Sound of Music takes place, they somehow seem to have a special affinity with this musical, and deliver a level of charm and enchantment that is utterly delightful. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself singing along with the marionettes who can dance without the limits of gravity! But isn’t it a bit ridiculous to applaud a marionette? Not at all.
