The Hong Kong Chorus Society Limited is a registered non-profit making organization.
The object of the society is to promote public education and appreciation of music in general. For that purpose the society will organize performing groups, concerts, seminars, lectures, master classes and other related activities. The funds of the society will be provided by private donations and sponsorships, government funding and income generated from entrance fees etc. The administration of the society will be conducted by a committee consisting of the chairman, vice chairman and secretary-treasurer. The committee will present to the members at the annual general meeting (AGM) a complete set of accounts and a report of the activities of the year. Membership of the society is open to all music lovers. Becoming a member of the society implies acceptance of the constitution of the society.

- The New Philharmonia of Hong Kong
- The New Philharmonia Youth Orchestra of Hong Kong
