Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day Fireworks

 

Hong Kong fireworks are renowned for their pyrotechnic excellence, launching from harbour barges and skyscrapers on land. For a celebration like no other, celebrate aboard the comfortable junk boat with appetisers and open bar hospitality, whilst enjoying the fantastic night 23-minute firework display at 8:00 pm.

• Ample indoor area available for all to stay warm
• 2-course buffet dinner

Exclusions

• Hotel pickup and drop-off are NOT included. Full directions will be given after booking for the embarkation point on Hong Kong Island.

Canapés

• Spinach and feta sausage rolls (V)
• Tomato, mozzarella and basil Bruschetta (V)
• Chicken and mozzarella calzone

Mains:

• Roast rib eye of beef
• Buttermilk fried chicken
• Pan fried king prawns with chilli and lime dressing

Sides

• Lemon and herb potato salad (V)
• Chickpea, tomato, cucumber, red pepper salad (V)
• Zucchini spaghetti with roasted tomatoes and pesto dressing (V)
• Fresh bread with butter

Desserts:

• Selection of mini desserts
• Cheese board with wafer biscuits

The company can also cater for gluten free/dairy free/vegan dietary requirements – please confirm if required at the time of booking.

Drinks

Alcoholic drinks:

• Prosecco
• Heineken
• Skyy vodka
• Gordon’s gin

Non-alcoholic beverages:

• Coke, Coke Zero, 7-up, Ginger beer, Soda water, tonic water, ginger tea.
• Selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate.

The boat will board between 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm and the countdown display starts from 8:00 pm. Children 12 years and younger. 

NB: Hotel pickup and drop-off are NOT included.
