Many have heard about Arduino and are fascinated by what they can achieve with it, whether they be artists, inventors, entrepreneurs or hobbyists.
A proven efficient way of learning to build stuffs with Arduino is to combine practical works with basic electronic principles, formal coding techniques, application examples and most importantly the skills to locate and adopt codes from the Arduino communities online. This course aims to offer theses learning processes. By the end of the course participants should be able to:
- understand the functionality of Arduino and its variants. What it can do and what not
- master the Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
- develop codes for various electronic components, sensors and actuators (temperature sensors, ultrasonic sensors, servo motors, LCD screens, just to name a few)
- get familiarized with the Arduino communities online. Look for codes and know how to integrate them as well as seeking for solutions to problems
- have a general understanding about electronic development cycles (hardware and software) and how that fit into one's own product ideas
*This is an elementary electronics and Arduino course, can also tailor-make course contents for advanced Arduino groups who already have project ideas in mind.
