The Upper House is excited to partner with KITA Yoga to offer a range of yoga classes and energy healing sessions this summer.

KITA is a community-driven lifestyle brand and creative network, celebrating wellness, culture and design. The team teaches a grounding yet adventurous practice, organised for revelation and self-discovery. Expect a rich asana practice, weaving together in diverse studies of many lineages of yoga, with a strong emphasis on functionality to allow you to explore your full potential and well being.

Classes designed for different levels of participants are available, including KITA Flow, KITA Mellow, KITA Progression and KITA Sculpt. Mats, props and shower facilities are provided.
