Pacchero - raw red pawn, mascarpone cheese, green pea veloute.
Chestnut Soup - morels, shaved truffle, porcini dust.
Wagyu Beef Carpaccio - truffle caviar, frisee, bone marrow & burrata foam.
Pan-fried Foie Gras - Champagne jelly, foie gras foam.
Fresh Truffle Tagliolini - black truffle butter sauce
Venison Tenderloin - beetroot puree, polenta chips, cordyceps flower, vel jus
