Each day will comprise of 2 hours of various activities: gymnastics-tumbling-brazilian jiu-jitsu-muay thai and games with the focus being on having fun while working on skills such as running, crawling, climbing and jumping.
Our 2-hour activity covers:
- Gymnastics - Bar work, Handstands and Cartwheels.
- Tumbling - Forward/Backward Rolls, Front and Back Flips.
- BJJ - Lesson will depend on the level of the children attending.
- Muay Thai - Learning to kick, punch and defend.
- Games - Include warm ups, ice breakers and energy burners at the end.
Ninja Camp - Week 1
Date: 15 - 19 April 2019
Fee: $1750 or $450/day rate
Time:
- 9:00 am - 11:00 am (age 5-6)
- 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (age 7-11)
