Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation is a group of volunteers who rescue stray dogs and puppies and provide them with shelter, food and medical care. They also place some of the dogs in short-term foster homes to socialise them before finding responsible adopters to give them a loving home.
The goal is to help stray dogs have a better life, which they deserve! Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation are funded by donations from the local community.
SKSFF rescue stray, abandoned, sick and injured dogs to provide them with medical care and rehabilitation. Every dog that is rescued are health checked, de-sexed, vaccinated and given flea, tick and heart worm prevention. They also try to provide any necessary treatment and emergency surgery that may be needed.
The aim is to find these beautiful dogs, a kind and responsible adopter which can give them a loving forever home and help them have a better life. If you haven't experienced the joy of adopting a dog, now is the right time!
SKSFF currently have over 100 dogs at their Sai Kung kennel, they are all waiting for their forever homes. One of them could be perfect for you. It is so rewarding to know that a dog could have a better life because of you. Their love and gratitude will transform your life and teach you lessons about life that you never even expected.
SKSFF meals-on-wheels program delivers food and clean water to street dogs 365 days a year. They have a small group of volunteers who personally deliver food and water to the street dogs and make sure they have shelter and warmth. Group also desex, microchip and rabies vaccinate the dogs, who live happily in harmony with the local villages.
