About the Host

Sofie Jacobs, BSc, Head Midwife Urban Hatch, Qualified Pilates Teacher.

Sofie's experience ranges from antenatal clinics to postnatal visits, hospital to home births, Queen mary in HK to St Mary's Hospital in the UK. Her extensive experience delivering close to 1.000 babies translates to an intuitive type of support for everyone in her care. Providing anxious, question-filled parents with guidance and support, she is open-minded, a practical thinker and an emotionally perceptive "people person" whon has become known as the midwife who "knows how to teach, not peach".
