Delivery/Takeaway Terms & Conditions

Delivery (and Takeaway)

  • Unless otherwise stated, delivery of product (“Product”) is handled by a third-party provider (“Courier Provider”). Your information will be provided to the relevant Courier Provider to facilitate the delivery
  • Delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us and/or the Courier Provider (e.g. Product quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
  • In the case of inclement weather or other factors that are not controlled by us and/or Courier Provider that interfere with the Courier Provider’s ability to deliver the products/items, Merchant and/or Courier Provider will attempt to procure delivery as soon as reasonably possible, and if this is not feasible, Merchant will cancel the delivery and we will issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for the relevant booking
  • Please inspect all products/items received for any damage or other quality issues upon delivery
  • The condition and consumption of the products/items are at your sole risk
  • To maintain the quality and integrity of the products/items, we recommend that you refrigerate all perishable products/items if not consumed immediately or handle all perishable Products pursuant to instructions provided by Merchant (if applicable)
  • Klook is not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products/items sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the relevant Merchant before purchasing
  • Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products/items
  • In the unlikely event that you feel that the product/items are not fit for consumption due to damage/quality issues, kindly contact Klook Travel Customer Service Hotline found in your voucher immediately or within 24 hours of collection from the Merchant with photos/videos as proof of evidence. We will provide you with full or partial credit or refund of the products/items purchased PROVIDED ALWAYS that such unsuitability for consumption arises through no fault of your own
