Join One-hour English Instructed Children Spinning Plate / Fan Dance Class to Celebrate the Lunar New Year

Twinkle Dance Company is hosting Chinese Dance Workshop to celebrate the most important holiday in the Chinese culture. Featuring spinning plates and fans, the one-hour, English instructed workshop will be taught by teachers with professional Chinese dance backgrounds, trained in Beijing Dance Academy and certified for teaching the Chinese Dance Grading Examination syllabus.

From 20th-23rd of February, classes in Central, Causeway Bay and Wong Chuk Hang will be instructed.

Students will learn either a spinning plate dance or fan dance especially choreographed for the festival and bring home the Chinese dance props after class.

Teachers will demonstrate and provide step-by-step guidance in English. The dances are designed for students both with or without experience in Chinese Dance.

After class, not only will students bring home the colourful spinning plates and fans, they also take home the understanding to respect and appreciate dances from different cultures.

Where: workshop sessions will be available across Twinkle Dance main studios in Central, Causeway Bay and Wong Chuk Hang
