The summer school holidays are finally upon us, offering our kids three whole months to spend however they please. Whether your little ones want to explore a new interest, advance their skills or break into a new field, these summer holiday camps in Abu Dhabi have short learning and entertainment options that will give children the confidence they needed to turn their dreams into goals and achievements.
RFLCT Creative Arts
Whatever form of art your child is interested in, summer holiday workshops by RFLCT Creative Arts cannot fail to be one of the most exciting artistic experiences. Inspired by spring and flowers, the expert team is unveiling a special series of children’s camps for this summer school holidays. The 2.5-hour sessions are jam-packed with an impressive timetable of creative activities including drawing, colouring, handicrafts and planting – and these are just a few of the options on offer. The lucky residents of Abu Dhabi aged 5 to 12 get the chance to explore their creative potential through different media, techniques, materials and processes.
All camps are run by an exceptional team of local artists who pass on their enthusiasm and love of art to the kids. The philosophy of RFLCT Creative Arts is to get everybody involved at their own level, to give everybody the chance to create and flourish individually in the artistic environment. The programme of the camp is in no way exclusively intended for those with a natural gift for fine art or crafts but is made available to any child who shows enthusiasm and interest for it. In a short time, your child will be up and running creating art even if they have no prior experience!

Alliance Française
Children with a sense of adventure thrive at the worldwide Alliance Française network in Abu Dhabi. Alongside the language learning, the youngsters are able to play, have fun, forge friendships and even travel through time at the French Summer Camp this year. Being fully immersed into different decades from the 1920s to the 1990s, the kids hardly realise that they are scaling a peak of conversational fluency.
As well as offering the best language holiday programme, Alliance Française is always finding new ways to reach out to children at all levels of experience. Whether your child is a beginner or is well on the road to mastering the French language, opting for the French summer camps would be a perfect choice to make on their behalf. The campers will be involved in a variety of indoor and outdoor sporting and creative activities such as painting, cooking, swimming, arts and crafts, watching films, shows and much more. Kip McGrath
With over a 40-year history and an international reputation, Kip McGrath Educational Centre helps children to improve their knowledge of maths and English. The programs here cover all curriculum topics that students are expected to learn at school.
Children learn at personalized tutoring programs to make sure that they focus on the areas where they have gaps. Each 80 minute+ session includes written and computer-based activities, plus ongoing progress reports and regular tutor feedback.

Act One
At the Act One Theatre Camp, they are fortunate to have a number of highly successful American improvisers and incredible acting instructors, dance coaches, singing, and on-camera teachers who have been consistently working in children's theatres and can share their insights with your kids. During the summer camps, they will teach the children aged 6 to 15 in workshops and group tutorials through the use of a virtual learning environment. Known for its excellent learning support, collaborative, practical approach, and dynamic experimentation, this is a summer camp that nurtures the whole spectrum of ability: the participants are challenged and stretched. The creative juices are certainly flowing here – being deeply immersed into the exciting world of theatre, music videos and filmmaking, the campers spend each day acting, singing and dancing alongside studying many other practical and theoretical aspects of performance. The originally written movies and music videos for their world premiere Final Performance are a true highlight. Every group creates their own movie and is responsible for every element of the final production which can be viewed live online by all the relatives and friends around the world.
There are three practice-based and diverse camps on offer: Hollywood Backlot Bonanza, Adventure Awaits and Game Show Mania. From the shy wallflower to the class-clown, everyone wants to be at the Act One Theatre Camp, so be sure to register early. All levels of experience are welcome!

Online Multi Activity Summer Camp
This camp includes several types of activities: Robotics, Orator, Artist, Inventor, and SportStar. The Inventor activity will engage children in experimenting and exploring the world around them. The Artist's direction will encourage young artists to create their masterpieces and develop creative skills and Sports Star will take care of kids’ physical activity.

Virtual Summer Robo Camp
The schedule of the camp includes Virtual Robotics with Vex VR, Machine Learning and AI with Pictoblox, 3D Modelling with OnShape, Arduino Projects with TinkerCAD, and a Physical Kit.
Kids will learn to create virtual simulations of robots using block-style coding or a Python interface, explore the concepts of AI like computer vision, face detection, optical character recognition, etc. In the 3D Modelling lessons, kids will learn to convert 2D into a 3D design, understand basic engineering principles and find out how to design parts and assemblies.
Arduino projects are another cool stuff that kids will learn: they will design circuits using microcontrollers, so they will find out how to create traffic lights, gate automation, and so on.
