This support group is for those of you grieving the loss of a loved one.
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one and wish to find a safe place to process your grief, learn coping strategies, and make connections with others who have experienced similar losses by sharing common experiences, then this support group is for you.
Bereavement is very challenging and we want you to know that you are not alone. This support group is a safe and non-judgemental space facilitated by mental health professionals.
