Ego Punch Entertainment is a company founded by a small group of friends who share the same passion for art, animation and game development in 2012 (formerly known as Alter Ego Productions).
Dubbing anime to Arabic proved to be unsuccessful due to the lack of passion in Arabic voice actors and the fact that a lot of content requires censorship as it’s not suitable for our culture. However, censoring anime ruins the narrative, and this is one of the key reasons why Ego Punch was founded. Ego Punch wanted to create its own content with rich storylines and awesome characters, that are culturally accepted, and will rival Japanese standards.
Based in Abu Dhabi with an unprecedented growing local and international community, Ego Punch became a pioneer in connecting the best Japanese entertainment giants with the regional media market.
It specializes in delivering fully realized, highly polished and professional animation and art for print, commercials and games. Ego Punch is proudly Emirati with a multicultural team and strong international partnerships within the industry.
