The Italian classics are made with the best ingredients and the cooking showcases their true flavours.
Talea (One MICHELIN Star): Helmed by Guida’s protégé and MICHELIN Young Chef Award winner Luigi Stinga, Talea has been awarded one MICHELIN Star in the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2023 and features a highly-curated selection of seasonal and authentic Italian products served in an elegant, yet casual atmosphere.
For this collaboration, the chefs have come together to present the best of Italian cuisine with ingredients from Italy and celebrate the truffle season with homemade pasta and Italian favourites.
