The ever-popular Gulf Multi Sport Duathlon series moves to Al Hudayriat Island for this race of its second series starting with Race 1 on 14 December 2018.
Races offered are as follows:
Sprint: 5 km run, 20 km ride, 2.5 km run – perfect for both first timers and experienced competitors (Juniors 14+ & Adults)
Long: 10 km run, 30 km ride, 5 km run
Juniors U14: 1 km run, 5 km ride, 500 m run
Timings:
05:30 am: Registration opens
06:30 am: Start Long Course
06:30 am: Start Sprint Course
08:00 am: Start Juniors U14
