H2O Swim Club is a private swim club offering classes to all children and adults.
Within the club, there are three different programs offered depending on age, interests, ability and competitive spirit.
The Learn to Swim program (LTS) is a leisure swim program for kids ages 6 months to 18 years. These classes are ideal for swimmers who are looking to learn to swim, stay fit, or improve technique and stamina in a non-competitive program.
The H2O Swim Academy is for competitive swimmers ages 9 to 25 who require a strong competitive swim program to reach their maximum swimming potential.
Aqua Life 20 is the H2O program specially designed for adults ages 20 and over. Learn to Swim (LTS), Swim for Fitness (SFF) and Masters programs are all offered.
Classes are held at the swimming pools of the American Community School (ACS) and the British School Al Khubairat (BSAK). All swimmers must be placed into an appropriate swimming program via an assessment by an H2O coach.
