Thanks to my precious Mamma I have learnt how to cook, simply watching and helping her, since I was very little. I remember spending entire afternoons at the kitchen table, doing my homeworks while she was cooking, smelling tomato sauce and meatballs...
Growing up, I became increasingly curious and fascinated by food and now that my heart has brought me here in Abu Dhabi, I like to taste dishes from different traditions, I like to discover new ingredients and to get inspired from other cultures.
I am not a chef but I am passionate about good food and I would love to meet you and share with you some of the most famous Italian recipes.
