Synopsis: Aylin is a German-Turkish teenager caught between worlds. At home she is the caretaker for her younger brother and father. At school, she is tormented by bullies. When she fights back and injures one of them, Aylin is sentenced to community service at a horse farm where she is magically drawn to Hördur, a wild Icelandic horse that is not allowed to return to its homeland. Although her request to ride Hördur is initially denied, when she finally gets permission to ride him, Aylin discovers that she has both the talent and passion for horseback riding in this moving and inspiring drama about self-discovery.
