The Mother of the Nation Festival celebrates, commemorates and honours the inspirational values of her highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak.

About the festival:

Festival champions the values of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, a true guiding force of the nation. Join Festival at A’l Bahar on the Abu Dhabi Corniche every evening from March 22 till 31. Throughout multiple and diverse activity zones, the festival creates an entertaining and highly interactive atmosphere that welcomes families and individuals from all walks of life.

The Mother of The Nation Festival has a number of zoned areas:

Happiness: laugh freely, breathe deeply and weave your way through giant dandelions in the happiness zone. Enjoy this natural space with courage, adventure and excitement.
Progress: dig your hands in the soil, follow a seed as it becomes a wholesome meal, or float up towards the sky… Enter the progress zone to connect with the rest of humankind and imagine an incredible future together.
Beach dining: located throughout the central stretch of the festival, the food & beverage zone’s restaurants, food trucks and stalls will provide visitors with unique flavours from the uae and around the world.
Mother of The Nation Pavilion: The Mother of The Nation pavilion takes visitors on a journey through time that introduces them to the inspiring accomplishments of The Mother of The Nation, HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, and the Women of The UAE.
Souq: enjoy a nourishing meal in the beautiful souq café and support local talent at the stylish souq carts peppered across the festival.
