The art of flower making is an easy to learn craft which uses simple tools and inexpensive material to achieve stunning results. It is fun to create your very own flowers for bouquets, wall decors, cards and scrapbooks. The list is endless and so are the options. In this workshop, two very popular methods shall be explored for making paper flowers and assembling a gorgeous ‘Holiday-wreath’, Punch-craft and Die-cutting. You will learn different techniques for creating paper flowers by cutting, coloring, embossing and gluing.
Class Content
This is primarily a Paper Flower Making Workshop where you will learn two major techniques from scratch with die-cutting and paper punches. The class will involve cutting, coloring, 3D embossing, flower assembly and finally making a floral arrangement on a wreath.
These techniques shall be useful in making many more flowers from different dies and punches available.
Teacher: Manisha Khandelwal
Manisha is a passionate paper crafter who loves to create and share her skills through teaching the craft. With a background in Table-ware designing and Interiors, Flower-making is her first love. She has been teaching adults and children alike, for more than 6 years in Dubai. She believes creating with little pieces of paper is very therapeutic and can bring immense joy.
