A semi-abstract work is merely something that is less than perfectly naturalistic, without being completely non-representational.
It is halfway between abstract and realism. It gives a lot of freedom in terms of how we represent a subject and often leads to original and whimsical work. In this workshop, participants will work on sturdy acrylic paper and complete two floral paintings, with step by step guidance by artist Audree Marsolais.
Audrée is a whimsical expressionist artist that depicts surrealist dream state fantasies. Her bright and colourful work has found collectors all over the world. She is also teaching multiple art workshops and activities in RAK since 2015, helping others to reconnect to their profound essence through creativity.
