Reebok CrossFit LifeSpark is hosting a "Friendsgiving" brunch with its LifeSpark family after the Member Throwdown!
"Friendsgiving" is a version of Thanksgiving that's celebrated by large groups of friends, lots of delicious food, and plenty of good times to go around.
For those of you that typically celebrate Thanksgiving, please bring your favorite holiday dish.
If you do not typically celebrate Thanksgiving you are asked to bring a favorite dish that reminds you of your most cherished holiday memories.
