Now that the winter season has arrived, enjoy the Rosewood Garden Brunch, set against stunning waterfront and city skyline views, weekly on Fridays from 12pm - 5pm!

New highlights this season include a Mexican station with a taco bar and carnitas, Asian station offering a variety of choices such as papaya salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, Chinese hand-pulled noodle, and tom yum soup made to your taste as well as, the enhanced irresistible dessert lounge. Held at AQUA, the feast also includes the usual brunch favourites such as the meat station, Chinese food station, tuna station, cold seafood bar and of course for the vegan lovers, our popular Vegan Burger. From dim sums, wagyu beef brisket, roasted duck rolls, Normandy oysters, to tuna tataki, you can truly enjoy an array of international flavours.

As for the little ones, the Rosewood Garden Brunch offers kids favourite dishes such as chicken fingers, mini waffles and more. Inspiring their creativity, children will also have access to Rosewood Explorers Club where unique indoor and outdoor playtime experiences and educational activities including gardening, picnics, fun in the sandbox, arts & crafts, Lego wall, colouring books, will keep little minds engaged and entertained at the AQUA Lounge.
