The legendary buffet brunch offers multiple live cooking stations featuring seafood grills, barbecue, a variety of carvings, pizza-making, sushi, fresh oysters and a salad bar that allows you to interact with the talented chefs as you choose from a wide range of authentic Arabic, Asian and European dishes. Central to the experience is an exquisite dessert island featuring chocolate fountains, various flavours of ice cream, fresh pastries (cakes, tarts and more), as well as waffles and pancakes.
Moreover, mixologists of the “Shangri-Lab” brunch bar welcome you to indulge in exquisite creations, while savouring the perfectly paired delicacies prepared by our culinary team.
When: Available every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm. Brunch is inclusive of complimentary beach access.
