Continue the celebration with a bespoke eight-course set menu, featuring a variety of traditional delicacies at Shang Palace. Join our chefs as they embrace the Yee Sang tradition by gathering around the tables and performing the “Prosperity Toss”. Toss the ingredients into the air and wish each other well by saying “Gong Xi Fa Cai” (congratulations on your wealth) and “Wan Shi Ru Yi” (may all your wishes be fulfilled).
Celebrity Chef Hala Ayash will introduce her signature dessert creation, the Golden Mandarin, for a sweet end to your celebratory dining experience. Mandarins typically represent prosperity and luck in the Chinese culture.
Chinese New Year set menu: AED 388 per adult. Children aged between 6 and 12 years can enjoy it for half price, while younger children can dine for free. Pre-booking is required.
