Join friends on a life-changing adventure where what you accomplish is almost as tough as who you are.

Located off the coast of the UAE's capital, Abu Dhabi, on Al Hudayriat Island, this venue is the perfect host for a Tough Mudder event. We have four event formats for you to choose from:

Mini Mudder – for 7 to 13 year olds – up to 1.6km long course.
Mini Mudders must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ with a free chaperone ticket.

Tough Mudder 5K – a 5k challenge with 13+ obstacles

Tough Mudder Classic – a 10k+ challenge with 25+ obstacles

Tougher Mudder – a competitive Tough Mudder race. Taking place on the Tough Mudder Classic course, but with prizes for the fastest times logged.

Participants aged between 14 and 17 on race day doing Tough Mudder must be accompanied by a participating adult aged 18+.
