Visitors will get a chance to disconnect for an hour each Wednesday by participating in calming yoga and meditative sessions in the middle of the Park’s beautiful outdoor greenery.
Sessions are provided by Seven Wellness, Flo Yoga, and Inner Space Centre and seek to teach participants to slow down from the fast-paced city life, find inner-resilience and achieve full self-awareness.
