Bhajan singing is a form of Bhakti - devotional Yoga. The Happiness, Joy and peace of mind that you derive from Bhajans is unsurpassed. It helps to drive away bad thoughts, bad feelings, negative qualities and also helps to develop patience in growing minds of Kids.
Kids wil learn to sing Bhajans with the tunes. Your Kids can also experience “KEERTHAN YOGA”(Yoga with Music) at the end of session. You are not required to be a great singer or a Super Yogi to join. Everyone is welcome to try!
You can bring an instrument if you wish. Children who are below 5 years are welcome with a responsible adult.
