BOUNCE is the biggest trampoline and entertainment park in the Middle East, with presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and it is now open in Doha and Jeddah.

The epic new trampoline universe and awesome activities at BOUNCE will get you literally flying through the air and bouncing off the walls via more than 100 interconnected trampolines. If you thought the euphoric rush of flight was the domain of only the most extreme sports people, think again! Activities at BOUNCE offers the thrill of high-octane adrenaline sport to anyone who feels like jumping around. It’s like a giant skate park made out of trampolines. Stunt grade airbags and circus grade padding – think Parkour made easy, or gymnastics gone freestyle in an environment where anyone can do it! Fan favourites including dodgeball courts, basketball hoops, and giant air bags have been shipped in from all parts of the world and are ready to go!

Activities:

Free Jumping: Free Jumping experience on over 50 interconnected trampolines.
The Wall: Walk on the wall.
Slam Dunk: Jump on the trampoline and dunk like a b-ball hero.
Performance Trampolines: Get to the next level and show the highest degree of trampoline skills in the performance area.
Big Bag: Jump as high as you can and land soft on big airy bag.
Dodgeball: Enter the courts, hit the ball, dodge others and win the game!

The phenomena started in Australia more than three years ago, launching the free jumping revolution. Giving people of all ages the chance to experience the euphoric rush of flight that they couldn’t get anywhere else, BOUNCE was born combining the founders love for trampolines, free running, basketball and basically anything that gives you that same adrenaline rush. Here in Dubai people love to be active and have fun and we are giving them a safe environment to have unrivalled amounts of fun, in a very safe and supervised environment. Trampoline training is about the best workout there is. It’s low impact and proven to improve bone density, muscle toning and cardiovascular fitness – with 10 minutes of jumping equivalent to running for 33 minutes. Accordingly BOUNCE has quietly become an underground training facility for elite local and international athletes. BOUNCE has got programs for all ages:

miniBOUNCE: BOUNCE gets kids away from the screens and into burning energy. The great thing about it, exercise without even realising it!
BOUNCE Ladies: It’s time to get your jumping gear on and head down to BOUNCE for the most AWESOME ladies night in town!
BOUNCE FIT: BOUNCE FIT classes were created thanks to the huge demand of people looking for an alternative to a dull gym or gruelling boot camp work out.
Flight Academy: Just when you thought BOUNCE couldn’t get any cooler, then BOOM they announce the BOUNCE Flight Academy.
