This program is designed to build strong relationship and working together as a family through fun exercises. No age limits just family to complete given tasks.This gives opportunity to strengthen your connection and make happy memories as you workout.It also makes sure that you prioritize the family first and encourage each other to participate in sports.The help to complete each task helps you understand each other best!Lets make it fun through sports.
The Key Concept of this programs is dedicated to family health and fitness, self-leadership, and improving family relationships through exercise. Success as a parent isn’t just what your children accomplish; it’s about what you inspire them to do! Inspire them to have fun with family, be healthy, fit and happy!
Programs will be introduced on March 16th, in Muroor Park, next to Holiday Inn hotel. Attendance is free of charge. Your Family can attend one or both classes. Fit Family Fun will start at 9.00 am (45 minutes). Father Son Program will start at 10.00 am (45 minutes).
Afterwards you can enjoy free of charge open air swimming pool (including kids pool) and jacuzzi on 18th floor (towels are provided) Blumont Capital Hotel.
