HealthBay Polyclinic is pleased to invite you to the first of the many free, informative and dynamic Mommy Mornings, created by the team of their wonderful partners at the Elite Babies and Tots and HealthBay’s Midwives. Join the class on Monday, 22nd of January, when HealthBay Polyclinic will discuss the Active Birth and its benefits, stages, relaxation techniques, etc. The DHA licensed Senior Midwife, Dawn Jackson, will be there to answer any of your questions.
You are more than welcome to bring your little ones as they will be taken care of by amazing baby-care assistants from Elite Babies and Tots. You just need to relax and enjoy the workshop while having a cup of tea and biscuits with the other moms.
