You'll spend time each week in discussion about common baby topics such as sleeping, crying, parenting beliefs, adjusting to motherhood, stress and stress relief for mums and babies, and baby wearing.
A lovely 5-week baby massage class for mums and babies from birth to crawling. International Association of Infant Massage plus BabyCalm curriculums combined into one informative and supportive course. You will learn a full body massage for baby plus yoga-based gentle movements and TummyTime strategies, plus get out of the house with baby and meet other new mums in a warm, supportive and relaxed atmosphere. Diverse opinions and viewpoints are welcome and encouraged--there is not one way to raise a child!
