- Friday 18th: Boys & girls ages 3-7
- Saturday 19th: Boys & girls ages 8-12
Please arrive promptly
Bring in: active wear & water bottle
Kids Yoga mats will be provided.

This is a complimentary Kids Yoga class offered as part of a Kids Yoga teacher-training course, no prior yoga experience required.
