The UFC Philisophy
At United FC, our programme of coaching aims to share expertise and experience to improve the standard of football and create skilled, accomplished football players providing fresh, unique opportunities for talented players from the UAE, offering bespoke pathways which players have never had access to before.
Our United FC coaching strategy provides a clear development pathway for all our players, which is bespoke at each performance tier, delivering high quality coaching with outcomes relative to different age groups we coach.
The United FC coaching syllabus consists of six week cycles focusing on a range of different topics with sessions carefully planned surrounding player ability levels and age.
All practice sessions will be game related with everything we deliver replicating what you face in game scenarios, enabling you to transfer our style of play into a competitive games programme with detailed feedback and performance analysis provided on a monthly basis, giving you a foundation to improve and develop.
At United FC, our primary aim is to bridge the gap between Professional Academies & Grassroots Coaching methods by providing clear development pathways offering far more scope to progress than any of our rivals.
