By having interactive items on their menu, White and the Bear aims to instill independence in children while encouraging them to try new food. Their latest introduction takes the experience of the little ones, a notch higher by introducing make your own ‘going banana muffins’ which will be the new permanent addition to the menu.
White and the Bear’s banana muffins were first introduced during their first ‘Lunchbox Stuffer’ workshop which was hosted by culinary consultant, Farah Sawaf. A huge success, the muffins were loved by all and are being introduced to the menu for October on popular demand. A delicious way for a child to fuel their day with a sweet treat. The recipe will reassure all parents that their child can enjoy a sweet treat without the added sugars and additives as it is made from wholesome natural ingredients that are refined sugar-free.
Interactive menu items are perfect to get a child more involved to develop their cognitive skills in a fun and creative way whilst visiting a restaurant. The process will involve the child receiving a tray of all required ingredients that they must combine well in a bowl, divide into the baking tray and then wait for only a few minutes before they can enjoy them fresh and straight into their belly.
