Story Connection Ltd is a non-profit company set up by two of Singapore's leading storytellers, Roger Jenkins and Sheila Wee.
How did they begin?
After the successful second run of the 398.2 Storytelling Festival (2016) which attracted almost 4,000 people, its founding director, Roger Jenkins, invited fellow storyteller Sheila Wee to join him in setting up a non-profit company to manage the Festival in order to develop it into an established and eagerly anticipated feature of the annual Singapore arts calendar. With the aid of a grant from the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation, the Story Connection Ltd was incorporated on 31 March 2017 with Sheila and Roger as its two co-Directors.
