United World Preschool (UWP) is a premium international preschool that subscribes to a unique education approach that combines various practices, disciplines and beliefs into one seamless culture. They call it their 3+3+3 Philosophy.

UWP combines the pedagogy approaches of Maria Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Friedrich Fröbel into a unique and holistic childhood education practice. The Montessori approach emphasizes independence, freedom within limits, and respect for a child’s natural development within a child-size environment. The Reggio Emilia approach advocates a space where the teacher is a co-learner and collaborator, being visible for those who need and invisible for those who don’t. Lastly, Fröbel—the creator of the word as well as the concept “kindergarten”— promotes that children learn through play, emphasizing a value-based teaching and role-modelling in addition.

The UWP (United World Preschool) curriculum is centered around the knowledge of child development and its principles of continuity and change. The aim of the curriculum is to create positivity within families, society and ultimately the world at large. To ensure that they meet these goals, they ensure the inclusion of an evolving knowledge base with the most up-to-date research on child development, learning and effective teaching practices.

Playgroup - UWP’s Playgroup provides children the creative space to build relationships through social interaction with friends and teachers. Playgroup also empowers them to discover new experiences, to find out about the world around them, and above all,gain self confidence, self expression and life-long learning skills.
Nursery - UWP has an innovative and technological environment designed to engage and encourage children to enjoy learning at nursery. An integrated learning programme focuses on using play as a tool for purposeful acquisition of knowledge and skills.
Kindergarten - In this day of digital age, their kindergarten curriculum facilitates acquiring of knowledge and skills through an inquiry approach, using technology. There will be emphasis on language proficiency as well as creative writing and art. All so that the child will confident for primary or junior school.

Outing & Events : There are monthly School trips to various Places in Singapore, it encourages outdoor learning experience & teamwork in kids as they travel together to the place and look out for each other and share their learning experience after the trip with art work. Parents are encouraged to join in as volunteers . Birthday celebration are conducted within the class under the supervision of the class teacher and parents of the kid this gives the opportunity to kids and parents to celebrate with classmatesas friends and make memories. Other than Birthday ,the school conducts celebration of Chinese New Year, Easter, Hari Raya , Earth Day,Racial Harmony Day,National Day, Teachers Day, Grand parents Day , Deepavali ,Christmas and an Yearly concert .

United world preschool has a dedicated team of Principle teachers ,working under the able guidance of the director of the Director Ms. Nidhi Lal to ensure kinds have fun as they learn and are prepared well academically to join Primary school as they Graduate. The Playgroup takes kids as young as 18 months and the Teacher Student Ratio is very low so as to ensure that kids are attended well and enjoy coming to school everyday.
