The birth of a stitched-bound book usually requires many processes such as cutting paper, brushing, folding, aligning, flattening, sizing, cutting, hole-punching, threading, stitching, and book-marking, more suitable for Xuan paper. This process seems quite complicated, but it helps you to appreciate the ingenuity and originality of ancient Chinese culture.
