9.00am – 9.45am Mini Gymnastics Age 3 – 5
9.45am - 10.30am Gymnastic Age 6 – 7
10.30am - 11.15am Gymnastic Age 8 – 9
Private Lessons - Subject to Availability.
"Gymnastics" is a foundation sport for all other sports.The spectrum of skills developed in gymnastics is so broad that it is a fantastic foundation for any type of sports or exercise – strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and endurance. In addition, the mental skills taught in gymnastics such as concentration, focus and determination can be used to succeed in academic life.
TERMS: One Lesson Per Week Saturday, All fees paid are not refundable and non-transferable unless agreed with management in writing. All attendance must be claimed before the 31st December 2018
