The chocolate making process also a highly kept guarded secret, kept only for skilled artisans. But not anymore. In this once in a lifetime workshop, participants will discover the lost and traditional art of chocolate making from scratch using only raw traditional chocolate making ingredients, herbs, spices, fruits, nuts and kitchen utensils.
Participants will take home 3 customize bars of artisan hand-made chocolate of their own design and learn the entire process of chocolate making from start to finish..
