Locations in UAE

Chubby Cheeks Nursery has the following branch locations in UAE - Discovery Gardens, Dubai Investments Park, Skycourts – Dubailand, Karama, Al Nahda - Dubai, Abu Dhjabi, Al Taawun – Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. It provides safe, air-conditioned transport with a female bus monitor who drops your child safely home and hands them over to the designated person.

Nursery facilities

Chubby Cheeks Nursery has the following facilities:

1. Children's Gym featuring mini bikes, treadmills and more.
2. Children's Library and ICT corner for Audio-Visual Learning using interactive Smart Board.
3. Small World Role play Corner – Role play areas with a mini supermarket, dress-up station, kitchen, train, etc all brought down to child size.
4. Indoor Play area including soft play, ball pool, merry-go-round, climbing wall etc..
5. Swings, Slides and other play equipment in our Outdoor Area.
6. Outdoor Biking Track.

Health and safety

Chubby Cheeks Nursery gives prime importance to your child's health, safety and security. The premises are designed using the guidelines provided by the UK Office for Standards in Education (OFSTED). The nursery is equipped with a clinic with a full time DHA registered nurse. The nursery is monitored via CCTV and a security system (also security guard) is installed at the entrance.

Curriculum

Chubby Cheeks Nursery follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage which focuses on 7 areas of development including Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language, Literacy, Mathematics, Creative Development, Knowledge and Understanding of World and Physical Development. Chubby Cheeks Nursery realizes that every child is different; no two children even from the same family are alike. Hence its curriculum itself is diverse - where sky is the limit.

Chubby Cheeks Nursery follows the academic year with 3 terms, each term is for about 3 months: 
Autumn ( September – December )
Winter ( January – March )
Spring ( April – June )
Summer Camp ( July-August )

Languages

Chubby Cheeks Nursery offers French and Arabic as extra language classes. At Chubby Cheeks Nursery, they have children from over 60 different countries. It hires multinational, qualified and caring staff who believe in 'Hug First, Then Teach'.

Activities

At Chubby Cheeks Nursery we focus not only on 'learning' and not only on 'play'; instead we focus on 'learning through play'. Children will surely enjoy activities such as Music and Dance, Arts and Crafts, Junior Gym, Junior Yoga, Junior Chef, Junior Scientist, Public Speaking, Story Time, Dress Up Days, Field Trips, Concerts, Puppet Shows, Drumming lessons and many many more.

Communication

Chubby Cheeks Nursery believes parents are its partners in their child's education and hence encourage open lines of communication. Parents are sent weekly emails by teachers explaining the schedule and activities they conducted for the week. Parent-Teacher Meetings are held at the end of each term to discuss the progress of the child and a Baseline Assessment is given to assess the performance of the child.

Registration Information:
Chubby Cheeks Nursery has an open door policy. Admissions are currently open with very limited seats in all age groups and if you wish to have a guided tour of the nursery, the best time to visit us is 9:30am - 11:30am on weekdays. Moreover, it's open from 8:00am - 5:30pm and its team will be happy to meet you at your convenient time.

Nursery Timings:

Morning Nursery ( 8:30am – 12:00pm ) 
Includes Free Play, Circle Time, Story Time, Themed Activities, Puppet Shows, Literacy and Numeracy, Science Experiments, STEM Program, SOUL Program, Music and Dance, ICT Program, Play Area, Gym Membership and more.

Half-Day Nursery ( 8:30am to 2:00pm ) 
Includes Morning Nursery Activities, Lunch Time, Value Education, Islamic Education, Arabic and French Language, Personality Development and an advantage to choose any 1 Extra Curricular Activities from Ballet, Karate, Soccer, Gymnastics.

Afternoon Programme ( 2:30pm – 5:30pm ) 
Includes Free Play, Circle Time, Story Time, Themed Activities, Puppet Shows, Literacy and Numeracy, Science Experiments, STEM Program, SOUL Program, Music and Dance, ICT Program, Play Area, Gym Membership and more.

Full Day Boarders ( 7:00am – 6:00pm ) 
Includes all Morning, Half Day and Afternoon Nursery Activities along with Lunch Time, Sleeping Time, and an advantage to choose any 1 Extra Curricular Activities from Ballet, Karate, Soccer, Gymnastics and more.
